Roberts Onsite addressed the utility infrastructure requirements for the Region of Waterloo’s reconstruction of Weber Street.

We completed upgrades to the traffic signal equipment infrastructure at six intersections along Weber Street: Borden Avenue, Cameron Street, Cedar Street, Scott Street, Frederick Street and Queen Street.

We installed temporary poles and messenger cable for the temporary traffic signal system. Our electricians also installed the underground conduit required for the permanent system along the 1.5 kilometre project area. We installed 6-8 concrete pole bases, 1 controller foundation, and up to 8 handwells at each intersection.

We supplied and installed the street light luminaires, and installed 8 power supplies along the street.
