Roberts Onsite’s Millwrighting & Rigging team supported the installation of the equipment required for a new hot melt system. Our team fabricated and installed structural steel platforms and stairs. New tanks, silos and augers were then placed and secured. We also repaired three existing tanks.
The electrical and mechanical services including interconnecting pipe, sensors and control cabling were connected by our project partner.
Pumps were then placed and aligned. Finally tank agitators, shafts and blades were installed to complete the project. All systems were tested and commissioned.
