In 2021 and 2022, extensive studies were conducted to evaluate the development of Blyth. After a detailed review of various options, the recommended solution was to install traffic signals at the intersection of County Road 4 and County Road 25. The upgraded traffic signals included pedestrian crossing facilities that adhere to accessibility standards, such as tactile plates. Once completed, this intersection is believed to improve traffic flow with adaptive traffic signals and better promote safe movement for pedestrians to nearby businesses.
