Roberts Onsite Delivers Millwrighting and Rigging Services for Chocolate Manufacturing Facility
Roberts Onsite is playing a crucial role in the construction of a new 400,000 sq. ft. chocolate manufacturing facility. As the multi-trade contractor, we're responsible for handling the safe and efficient receiving, unloading, and installation of the facility's complex machinery.
- Receive the equipment: We've successfully received, unloaded, and staged over 50 pieces of production and process equipment, including:
- 20 Finished goods tanks (30,000L)
- 10 Raw ingredient storage tanks (6x 37,000L, 4x 30,000L)
- 35 Miscellaneous holding tanks
- 2 Liquid refiner lines
- 1 Ball mill, dry ingredient unloading and transfer system
- 1 Block molding line
- 1 Chip / Chunk molding line
- 1 Chip molding line
- 2 Packaging lines
- 1 Robotic palletizer
- 1 Stretch wrapper and associated pallet conveyor system
- Miscellaneous smaller pieces of equipment
