Roberts Onsite team is able to support both off-site preparation and on-site installation activities for our clients.
Our Kitchener shop is currently being utilized for the temporary off-site installation and assembly phase prior to shipment & installation at the customer’s facility. Our team is working closely with the equipment vendors to complete the installation, integration, trials, and testing to prepare for a turnkey installation project. Key activities include:
- Temporary off-site installation and assembly at our Kitchener facility
- Working directly with equipment vendors and suppliers to complete installation and integration
- Trial runs, testing, and verification of equipment prior to shipment
- Turnkey mechanical and millwright installation
- Rigging, equipment handling, and positioning
- Temporary electrical power hook-up to support testing and trials
- Detailed labeling and match-marking of components, assemblies, connections, and installation points
- Documenting the installation to ensure accurate teardown and reinstallation
- Controlled teardown and preparation for shipment to the customer’s facility
- Final reinstallation and commissioning support at the customer site
This off-site approach allows Roberts Onsite and our vendor partners to identify and address installation issues, complete necessary adjustments, and validate the system in a controlled environment. This approach helps ensure a successful turnkey installation once the equipment reaches the customer’s facility, avoiding unnecessary interruptions to daily operations.
Once trials and testing are completed, the equipment will be carefully disassembled, labeled, match-marked, and prepared for transportation, allowing our team to efficiently replicate the installation at the customer’s facility and minimize downtime.
Contact Roberts Onsite for a true turnkey approach from off-site assembly and testing through teardown, transportation, on-site reinstallation, and final commissioning.
