Your Role and Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain consistent sales activity to generate leads across multiple business units.
- Develop and maintain standardized processes and procedures to manage CRM and proposal database.
- Lead the development of major bid proposals in alignment with Company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with functional teams to prepare proposal components and supporting documentation.
- Lead or support contract negotiations and prepare correspondence for stakeholder review.
- Travel within Southwestern Ontario to promote Roberts Onsite’s services.
- Act in the best interests of Roberts Onsite at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in business development duties, preferably in a construction related field.
- Experience in territory research and leveraging AI and CRM tools for lead generation.
- Knowledge and understanding of industrial construction trades as well as prequalification and estimate closing procedures.

Software:
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management

The Team You Will Be a Part of:
Roberts Onsite is one of Ontario’s largest multi-trade contractors providing high-quality construction services, and turn-key solutions for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients across Southern Ontario. For over 85 years we have been delivering electrical, mechanical, millwrighting, and rigging expertise for all types of building services, and process machinery installations.
The expected salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $140,000 CAD per year. The starting salary will be determined based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Base pay is one component of Roberts Onsite’s total rewards package.
