Roberts Onsite completed the construction of the new Toyota Base Building in cooperation with Walbridge McKay Cocker and Giffels Associates. This project consisted of all the shops, the shop office and cafeteria. Although the structural steel of this building was erected in late summer, the majority of our work took place during one of the coldest winters on record. The assembly shop involved the installation of all electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, public address, card access, plumbing, utility piping, and HVAC systems. The shop office and cafeteria required the installation of electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, public address, card access, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Throughout all of the shops we installed fire alarm, public address, high voltage power distribution, card access systems, as well as the outside marshalling yard lighting. This project was completed on time and on budget to the satisfaction of the customer, consultant, and general contractor. We continue to service this customer’s day to day multi-trade needs.
